keerasin ennast üle parema õla nö kehast välja ning tõusin püsti.
viimaste aegade uned ja püüded unenägemisse on nagu millestki häiritud. magava keha kontrolliv teadvus ja energiakeha seos balansseerib nö edasi-tagasi, keskendudes kord energiakehale ja siis magaja hingamisele. no, see on mõnes mõttes üpris frustreeriv.
eile öösel toimus unenägemine ja ma ei liikunud siseruumidest kusagile. olin mingisuguses sooja oranži sisekujundusega ruumis... aga jah, kukkusin tagasi magava minu kehasse :)
täna öösel kui ennast siis püsti ajasin ei leidnud erilisi ideid endas, mida tegema hakata. olin viimase nädala kestel unenägemise ootusest ning sagedasest ärakukkumisest närviline. sellepeale leidsin, et tegelen unenägemises keskkonna alalhoidmisega. st katsun kohapeal olla ning hoida teadlikkuse ning ruumi järjepidevust.
ühel hetkel ilmselt tüdinesin sellest ning pistsin käed seina. panin tähele, et parem käsi libises kenasti seina - tunnetasin selle seina struktuuri ja energiat. vasaku käe sõrmed põrkasid aga järjekindlalt vastu seina. siis katsetasin rahulikumalt, aeglaselt ning kerge takistusega, aga siiski, libises käsi seina...

siinkohal ma ei mäleta, mida ma esmalt mõtlesin peale hakata... meenub, et taevasse ei peaks vaatama. et tahtsin midagi nö seal teha, kus ma olin. ühel hetkel aga siiski pöörasin pilgu taevasse ning otsisin tähti.
tundsin endas mingit takerdumise laadset tunnet (ja samas pidin tegelema koguaeg energiakehaga seose ülalhoidmisega). aga siis, ühel hetkel lausin taotluse. mõtlesin, et hea küll, lähen ja vaatan, mis seal toimub
fikseerisin tähtkuju (mis ei olnud plejaadid) ja lasksin sel ennast tõmbama hakata. alguses liikusin kuidagi tuimalt innustasin liikumist tagant, st taotlesin kiiremat ja kiiremat liikumist. korraga muutus suund ning kuulsin kuidas madala, selge, sootu häälega lausuti, et liigun Tauruse ja Arktuuruse suunas. see hääl nimetas Sõnni poolt tulemas jõudu, vägi-valda. Taotlesin enda liikumist Arktuuruse suunas, tundsin, et hakkasin nagu kusagile jõudma, tähtede asetus mu ümber avardus...
millegipärast ei suutnud ma tunnetada sihtkohta lähenemist, kuid ei suutnud fikseerida, kuhu, mis paika jõuda? liikumine oli väga vaevaline ning pidin jõuga tähelepanu paigas hoidma. energiakehani jõudis magava keha ärev signaal - rahutu magaja hingamisest repliigid.
